At the beginning of November, the communication team (WP7) has submitted their fourth deliverable to the Innovative Medicines Initiative (IMI) and herewith reached the finalisation of the dissemination and communication strategy, including the developpment of the main tools.
The recently submitted deliverable entitled; “Interim Report on dissemination activities and communication strategy update”, aims to provide updated information on the communication tools developed early in the project. The achievements of these tools with regard to results of dissemination activities and their impact is evaluated in the report.
The described items were designed in accordance with the initial ROADMAP communication plan, including project branding and policies (Deliverable 7.2) in order to create a consistent framework which ensures, effective sharing of information with appropriate audiences. As stated in the initial communication plan, the first objective during the initial stages of the project was to raise awareness of ROADMAP to target audience(s). The second objective is to reach out to predefined audiences and highlight the need for real-world evidence (RWE) in the management of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) by maximising awareness, use and dissemination of project milestones.
With regard to ROADMAP’s communication framework, the underlying strategy is evaluated and improved in order to maintain the attention of target audiences and in order to reinforce on an integrated data environment and framework for RWE in AD.
